ETT is an excellent way for countries, organizations, institutions, and companies to access technology that can change our planet without incurring a large cost.
The rules are simple:
- We develop outer space technologies that we have patent/copyright to or have innovated to create (or in some cases worked with a 3rd country to bring to market).
- We look at a list of outer space technologies that could be safely applied here on Earth and bring them to a committee of our members [Countries or their proxies- like educational institutions]. After discussion and a vote, if the technology won´t hurt the planet, it will be considered an Earth Transform Technology
- The UN (if they accept) will be paid to oversight each country that indicates it will likely use the license.
- Countries are allowed to use each application license exclusively within their borders if they choose to. The technology is then sold within their countries by companies or organizations that agree to oversight for the safety of the planet. The oversight fee is 2% on the license (The UN or oversight body may increase this if necessary). The administrative fee is 2%. The end user fee is $10 per month per license until development costs are paid. After this, there is no end user fee.
Example:
Sunshades- The US takes the license and allows its government labs/educational institutions to look at it and test it if they like. They look for resellers for agriculture and create coordination with the FAA, the DOA, and appropriate agencies.
The technology then goes to market under resellers that charge each user $100 per month exclusive of installation, configuration and training on the equipment for self-managed equipment and $300 per month for operating it as a remote service over the internet with full support. At $300 a month, the user probably has a supported app that allows them to choose from different configurations for their farm or ranch. It may also be a feature for them to be connected to the FAA or appropriate agency through the app to get clearance within a half hour on average instead of planning a schedule a week in advance for when the Sunshade is on.
5. Although the Technology will have a specific patent or copyright time, it is an ¨Outer Space Patent or Copyright¨, which means that it will likely allow for development of iterations or similar applications that do not step on other patents or copyrights from ETT within 2 years provided the sales of the end product continue to pay 4 percent (2 + 2) to ETT. That type of product will need to be okayed by the committee of countries or country proxies at the ETT though. The positive news here is that if you are able to develop a new product or iteration/feature set because you were approved, it can be allowed as an licensse adoption option by individual countries if the committee allows it, increasing your potential sales. You can also expect 2 percent on all international sales while you will receive all monies less 4 percent in your own country.
Sample Technologies:
- Virtual Rivers
- Artificial/Retread Islands
- Virtual Excavation equipment
- Sun Shades
- Frequency Cubes, with and without environments [climate]
